Requirements for Graduate IMSD Fellows

  • IMSD Summer Orientation (mostly virtual, with the last session being in-person)
  • One of the Quantitative Courses listed below:
    • IBS 538 - Statistical Design and Analysis of Experiments
    • IBS 574 - Computational Biology and Bioinformatics
    • IBS 534 - Computational Neuroscience
    • Other - Any relevant quantitative course approved by the IMSD Program
  • IBS 500R Current Topics in Bioscience (once a week meeting, Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:30 PM)

 *IMSD Program requirements can be fulfilled by taking a relevant course offered by the student’s home graduate program.
